Roast
My family loves this recipe using the Slow-Cooker on a Sunday. We throw it in before church and have an afternoon free to enjoy. Warning: Not a Fast Sunday meal. :)
Roast
| 3 | lbs | Beef Roast |
| 1 | tsp | Accent |
| 3 | Tbsp | Onion - Minced |
| 1/4 | c | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 | Tbsp | Beef Bullion |
| 1 | Tbsp | Seasoned Salt |
| 2 | tsp | Liquid Smoke |
Adjust spices to taste. I actually use the dump and looks good method for this recipe. Add all ingredients to slow cooker with 2-3 cups of water. Set on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Veggies
Add cubed carrots, potatoes, celery, and other vegetables to taste. Makes a great and easy side for the meal.
I use left-overs for Beef Stroganoff. The sauce makes a great gravy. I've also saved the sauce for the liquid for the Beef Stroganoff with wonderful results.
